“The Hannaian Difference” in Education
The Hannaian Student Matching System (HSMS)
Before being admitted to take an HRI course, a student must provide certain particulars about their education and experience whereupon if deemed adequate they will be admitted to enroll in the standard course. Once enrolled the first quarter of each course is a probationary period wherein the students’ performance in related course work is judged as to their ability to stay current and competitive with the general body of the class. The Instructor shall at the end of the first quarter provide full enrollment privileges only to those students deemed capable of being competitive with the general body of students in the course. Those students not granted full enrollment will be offered the ability to take the standard course the next semester if they complete required remedial work as identified by the Instructor.
Course Development & Marketing Programs
HRI develops unique Specialty Online Courses of exceptional academic quality, either purely Online, or Classroom Proctored Online courses. The Course Marketing Program markets HRI developed and taught courses directly to students, and to institutions and corporations likely to license an HRI Course or Education Productivity Tool. The program is structured to reach two basic markets, Articulated Institutions and Licensed Institutions:
Articulated Institutions
HRI offers students direct access to HRI developed & articulated courses through articulation agreements with specifically accredited teaching institutions. HRI in joint venture with these Institutions will allow any independent student, or a student from any other institution to obtain accredited course work. The student registers for an HRI developed and taught course directly with The Hannaian Research Institute, and receives accredited course work through such Institutions. HRI markets its Articulated Courses directly to students. The Articulated Course program allows individuals or students to enroll in specialty HRI developed courses through an Articulated Institution of their choice.
Students who are enrolled at an institution which is not already articulated may request of their professor, department, or institution approval to enroll in an HRI offered course for regular, elective. research or special credit, and if approved HRI will then enter into an articulation agreement with their institution.
Licensed Institutions
Licensed Institutions license one or more HRI developed courses for presentation directly to their registered students. Students gain access to HRI developed courses directly through their institution, and the course credit is awarded as regular course credit by the Licensed Institution.
The licensing of an HRI developed and taught course to particular institutions involves the opportunity for specific tailoring to an institution's needs. While the licensing may usually be negotiated and accomplished by an HRI Licensing Executive, HRI Course Developers will many times also have the prime opportunity to license their course and education productivity tools. They therefore may serve as primary licensing executives for their courses and tools.
The Market Research & General Marketing Programs promote the recognition and excellence of HRI developed and taught courses, and provide information and assistance to the licensing efforts of HRI Licensing Executives.
Institutions may be licensed to utilize either purely Online, or Classroom Proctored Online courses. Classroom Proctored classes allow an institution to use their instructors to teach an HRI online course and use the materials in any way they choose in presenting the course in a classroom setting.
Institutions and students needing more information or interested in HRI Online courses should contact the Institute at hricourses@hannaian.com.
